Introducing “Withstanding the Storm”
    by Nathan Lambshead

“Withstanding the Storm is an inspiring book about overcoming the inconsistency and luke-warmness of heart many Christians experience.”
“Author Nathan Lambshead reaches out to those who are not being reached in church, using his own experiences and shortcomings to convey the story of God’s grace and mercy. Rather than preaching at the reader, Nathan presents his faith in a testimonial form. Written in a simple, easy-to-read style, Withstanding the Storm will challenge and encourage you to grow and make a consistent commitment to the Lord.”

From the author
After living many years as an on-again, off-again Christian, I am finally starting to understand how and why this kind of inconsistency can happen to us. God has been walking me through how to change and become a consistent, dedicated follower of Christ. I wrote it down in a short, easy-to-read book which I called “Withstanding the Storm”. It is a simple guide to help overcome the part of us that seems to have such a hard time committing ourselves to the living, risen Christ. A practical, easy study, worded in ‘regular folk’ terms.

—Nathan

Endorsements from around the world

“Withstanding The Storm” is real grass roots stuff. A helpful and honest account of normal daily human struggles that we all have to make sense of and deal with, whilst giving wise insightful counsel of building a life on Jesus, the rock. It is a clear sound, ringing with truth”

     —Kyle Maritz - Pastor/Missionary,
The Potter’s Hand Christian Fellowship, Southampton, England.

“Nathan’s insights into the Christian ‘struggle’ are captured through a style that is born from personal experience and which lends a sense of reality and genuineness to it. His approach to this rich parable of the wise and foolish builders is both fresh and practical, bringing it alive and making it easy to apply. “Withstanding The Storm” is Nathan’s personal journey through the struggles of the Christian life, and should provide every other pilgrim a helping hand.”

—Renton Talbot - Pastor, Edenvale Baptist Church,
Gauteng, South Africa.
